Unless agreed otherwise:

Small items and valuables should be removed beforehand
Access to electricity must be available
Adequate access to the property must be provided

Furniture moving assistance may be available upon request and may involve additional charges.

Floor Sanding & Restoration Results

Wood is a natural material and results may vary depending on:

Wood species
Previous treatments
Existing damage
Moisture levels
Age of the flooring

While we always aim for the highest possible finish, some imperfections or variations may remain
due to the condition of the original floor.

Dust & Noise

We use professional sanding equipment designed to minimise dust wherever possible.
However, customers acknowledge that:

Some dust may still occur
Sanding equipment produces noise during operation
Certain restoration processes may have temporary odours

Drying & Aftercare

Customers must follow all aftercare guidance provided after completion of the work.
This may include:

Avoiding foot traffic for a recommended period
Waiting before moving furniture back
Allowing finishes to fully cure

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect the final result.

9. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed:

Payment is due upon completion of the project
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed directly with the customer

Late payments may result in additional charges where applicable

Cancellations

Customers should provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a booking.
We reserve the right to charge for cancellations made at short notice where materials, travel, or scheduling costs have already been incurred.

Liability

We take reasonable care while carrying out all work.
